IAAF's ban on Russian track and field athletes in the Olympics upheld

So far only two Russians have been cleared to participate in the Olympics as neutral athletes. As a result, even people like Yelena Isinbayeva who have never failed a test and aren't even suspected of cheating will not be able to perform in the Olympics.
The IOC will have a few days to make a decision on all Russian athletes outside of track and field.
It has been previously reported that 70 percent of the tampered positives among Summer Olympians belonged to wrestlers or track & field athletes and another 5-10 percent to soccer players.
