Still too young imo. NBA is a grown mans game and it takes years to really mature and peak as a professional player. Great, but I wouldn't say elite in the sense that he can dominate all phases against any matchup. 5 years or so from being on top of the league
Look how long it has taken harden, Westbrook, curry, Durant etc

The Pelicans GM deserves some commendation for this. He has been an object for ridicule for some time, but he just raped Sacramento. The only way this works out for the Kings is if Hield develops into an all star caliber player. Otherwise, they're banking on a possible lottery pick.
