I mean why would the Pacers trade with the Cavs at all. There is literally nothing they can give them that can make it worth it. Some third team would have to give up assets to the Pacers just to help the Cavs and all they'd get is Kevin Love. I don't see anyone making that trade. Not even the Kings.

Vs 28 teams, he's great. Vs GS, he's an appreciably worse player. Granted, there's a lot of players that GS makes worse.
But that's the reality. You can't build a team to beat a full strength GS with him as part of the core. With a core built around him, they're basically hoping for an injury to the Warriors to make it a fair matchup.

I remember when I was leading the MSB charge about how overrated he was. I was proven correct, and yet now i'm in the he's so overrated camp.

Cavs just use Love for floor spacing on offense and give him very few post up plays. I remember Love making an awful supporting cast a respectful .500 team and they would've been a playoff team that year in the east. If Love played for anybody not named the Cavs or Warriors he would put up 23 and 13 every night.
