I enjoyed watching the game last night. Some thoughts on defense.

1. leWalk was consistently out of position and got abused when he guarded KD

2. He also failed to show any hustle when committing turnovers or getting blocked.

Lebron played the first 15 mins of the game guarding KD and doing most of the offensive work as well. He looked gassed to me from that point on. At the beginning of the second when he was still out there, I thought that was a mistake. The warriors didn't have Curry or KD on the floor and still extended the lead.

If you don't stop criticizing Lebron, you're going to really hurt C on Z's feelings...

I didn't watch. Did Lebron perform his usual choke art?

you should have.

Missed assignments on defense for fast breaks.

falling for simple jab steps.

getting blocked or turning the ball over and then just standing there watching the Warriors run a shortened half court offense.

Just lazy, uninspired defense. The exact opposite you saw with Kobe, MJ, etc.

Do you realize how much you devalue your opinion when the first word you start with is "leWalk" ?

I mean, how has Kobe not taken it easy on other end at any point during a 13/35 like performance?

Cavs biggest mistake was trying to play too fast. They were at their best slowing it down some and making GS guard. (See that mini run they made when Richard Jefferson was on the court.)

He wasn't good on the defensive end, although I'm not sure anyone can stop KD. His complaints after a few drives, while legitimate, also hurt Cleveland in the fast break. He's got to be better if they're going to have a shot.

106 shot attempts - 4 turnovers to your 86 attempts - 20 turnovers

If you're gonna switch on every god damned ball screen the Warriors are gonna run, you're not gonna win games. Durant and Steph create too many physical/athletic mis-matches to handle consistently.

Out of all the problems on the Cav D, those were the only 2 you wanted to elaborate on?
