Lol on what planet was Pau Gasol dominant? Very, very good player but never dominant at any point in his career

Bynum was pretty good for those 20 or so games he wasn't injured

Obv not dominant though

Kobe would average a quintuple double. Steals and blocks

Today's NBA athlete is vastly superior to the ones running around in Kobe's hay day. You have to have the athleticism of a Carmelo Anthony / Kyle Lowry to hang today. Guys like Kobe, Shawn Kemp, Hakeem and MJ wouldn't be able to keep up.

I love when people try to downplay his two championships as if he was on a stacked team.

Kobe didn't play in the Kemp/Hakeem/MJ era. You can argue 90's vs the current era. There is no doubt that Kobes prime, early-mid 2000s, coincided with a black hole of talent for the NBA. Probably worst era since before Bird/Magic

It's a shitty troll. He's being snarky by comparing melo and Lowry to the old school players.

Eta he's saying today's NBA is shitty

Nope. You have to be a tier 1 athlete like Melo to score points today. Guys like Kobe and MJ just aren't the same type of athlete and stuff.
