How were the Patriots penalized by the NFL for spying on the Bengals?

There will be a 30 for 30 on Goddell and Craft in 20 years and how they fraud best coach and best QB were cheating for 20 years while the commissioner did nothing.

it will be thew same as when they cheated with deflate gate, instead of disqualifying them as the only right and fair thing to do, they did nothing and waited until after the pats won the SB to say, maybe it was wrong they cheated, but since the season and SB is now over, nothing can be done about it now so "oh well" 
any other team who did this again after already being caught doing the same thing would have the coach suspended for a full year or more and lose 1st and second round draft picks for the next 2 years and the owner fined at least $1 million

Word is the Bengals will lose the first pick of the draft to the Patriots for turning them in. NFL says no proof of Patriots intent but clearly the Bengals turned them in and someone has to be punished so...
