How overpaid and incompetent is the MNF crew on ESPN?

Ray Ray -awful
Dilfer - this guy's the worst with his stupid hand gestures
Gruden - awful
All these guys like to hear themselves talk. They throw out opinions l. They get emotional, using constantly hand gestures. But when it comes to facts and rules, they are clueless. I'd be embarrassed to be on TV next week.
ESPN is all sound and style with no substance.
I think Young and Tirico are good.

Uh, you need to add Tirico to this list. Tirico sounds like someone is pushing his shite in when he raises his voice. He is smart, but annoying as frick in play by play.

Gruden is great Tirico is great. Don't care about the others b/c I only watch live sports on ESPN - you should know everything in studio is straight garbage.

i was in the car listening on radio
Kevin Harlan who does a great job was on pbp. he really gets into the game
usually its James Lofton on color, but it was Kurt Warner yesterday and i thought he was great

I think Tirico and Gruden are fine. Gruden gets a little annoying since he heaps praise on literally every single player, but that's not necessarily a bad thing though. Plus, he knows his shite about football for sure.
As for the ESPN crew mentioned, Ray Lewis sucks arse, but Young and Dilfer I like. Dilfer can get a little excitable at times, but he at least usually knows what he's talking about. It's funny that he's such a beacon for QB knowledge considering how mediocre he was during his career. But I like him well enough.

Tirico bores the shite out of me, and Gruden comes off as a wannabe John Madden. They suck together. Nantz and Simms are a bit on the bland side, but way better than tirico/gruden.
