let's say Baylor gets in. how much credit does their lobbying committee (that they hired) get?
or...is this just another name for a booster committee that is willing to issue money bribes?

I hope the south Oregon doesn't get in and that it's money wasted. Whether it's hiring a PR firm or suing A&M, Baylor will do some stupid stuff.
