The best white WR in the league doesn't play for the Patriots

Jordy Nelson wasn't somebody to be "found."
He was an All American

Hogan, Amendola, and Welker were undrafted. Edelman went in 7th round

Well if we are going down that deffinition the Pats didn't "find" Welker or Hogan. Both had shown promise against the patriots for division rivals

And amendola had shown to be a solid slot guy for the rams before going to the Pats

It's very true what you said about the pats getting guys nobody else wanted. I remember a couple years ago they got Trey Flowers in like the four or fifth round, and I thought holy shite. No surprise to see him kicking arse tonight.

Ninkovich would have been a top 15 Saint of all time if he'd stayed in NOLA

When you play a loaded defense like Denver for example though, the freaks of nature like Gronk (or Moss in the past) come in handy.

Good receiving RBs are another way to beat them. Atlanta gutted their defense throwing to Freeman and Coleman out of the backfield. New England always has one or two of those RBs who are just nightmarish to deal with in the passing game (Vereen was really good at it).

You know, Nick Saban is a Bill Belichick protege.

Notice these past few years with Richard Mullaney and Gehrig Deiter? Bill's influence is spreading....

Pats have a bunch of scat back with White, Lewis, and Foster

lewis isnt fully comfortable out there yet. Hes not making people miss like he was last year. i think that formation we have with White and Lewis in the backfield will be key for the pats next week adnd in the playoffs

Decker is another one.

I believe he is like the all-time leader in every WR category back at Minnesota. Could be wrong.

Someone else mentioned Cole Beasley. His story is awesome. Quit the Cowboys in training camp and said he was done with football. Dallas tells him to think it over. He has a change of heart and now is a main cog in the offense.

All of those guys are smart players with sound fundamentals. They fit right into Belichick's system.

How is it that the Patriots find all the receivers who are excellent route runners, but not necessarily speed burners?

Welker was good with the Dolphins where he started his career.

Jordy Nelson was awesome at kstate.

Ed McCaffrey is one of if not the GOAT white WR. He was a bronco

Also how dare you disregard the great Keith Poole of saints early 2000 teams
