gonna go Barbe... because always Barbe. As a sophomore my coach made me pitch my first game ever against Barbe... with both Cechinni's. pitched against them 3 times that year. you can assumed my record. thanks coach.

It actually started Monday, but I get it.

Barbe is #2 in the nation per Max Preps. They beat Live Oak Monday. Lost two today. 4-0 to Tioga and 2-1 against West Monroe. They had 1 hit and 1 unearned run against WM. Josh Pearson, LSU commit, hit a go ahead bomb in the top of the 7th. Little and Roark combined for the 1 hitter.
That being said, Barbe is always the favorite in 5A, because they’re Barbe. They always seem to manufacture runs out of thin air.

Rough night for Barbe, but this first Sulphur Tourney of the year is always stacked with good competition.
Tioga has a good shot at repeating at 4A as they return all of the pitchers that contributed last year but 1.
I'm sure in 4A Breaux Bridge and Benton will look to be good as well. Was Neville bumped to 5a or are they still in 4a?
