Cole and Chalmers are offering them nothing right now. They have gotten torched the last 3 games and for the whole series. They can't guard anyone on the court and don't offer anything on offense.

I'd bench them, and play birdman over Haslem. Haslem doesn't offer anything right now eithe

Too late to hope for that in an elimination game

So what do you suggest they do? Play Lebron full-time at PG? I don't see that working out well.

Also, Birdman doesn't really offer anything that Haslem doesn't already provide. Haslem is definitely the better offensive option as well.

Haslem isn't shooting though and offers no rim protection. At least birdman is scoring in the paint

Haslem and Chalmers are the reason they blew out the Spurs in game 2. Do you even watch the games?

Coming from the guy who spends his off time fondling Kobe's sac, this is kinda silly

They'll rectify that by signing Chris Paul, if only to spite the haterz.

Yep. Chris Paul will love the league minimum deal the Heat offer.

Chalmers played well in 2 games and not well in 3. Sounds about right for how the heat are doing. Don't think the 4th-5th most important player on the team is the problem.

No, and anyone who thinks Birdman is a better option that Haslem is the same idiot that thinks that a flashy weakside block constitutes real defense

Paul Silas thought it did his first 2 years.

It's not THAT terrible of an idea because he would always have the ball in his hands.

But certainly not the best role for him. He moves well without the ball and when he wants to he has a pretty solid post game.

Exactly, which is why when LeBron is going to move without the ball or post up, have Wade be the point. Both are more than capable of doing it for two games. The Heat's best bet right now is to play Bosh and Birdman in the starting lineup, they need more help down low defensively, and then have LeBron, Wade, and Allen on the perimeter. They need to be able to keep up with the 3 point shooting of Danny Green, but taking LeBron or Wade off the court is a bad idea. Put LeBron on Parker, Wade on Manu, and Ray on Green.

The Heat should win Game 6, but if they are gonna win Game 7 then they need to just go all out. At this point, unorthodox is the way to go.
