There is no reason for a meltdown if the guy is successful at Rutgers.

Someone had to make the call to put Anthony Jennings ahead of Hayden Rettig on the depth chart.
I have no idea of knowing whether that move was right or not, but this Fall Rettig will have a chance to show if he can be a serviceable college quarterback. If he looks good, then that will not go over well on the Rant.

He couldn't take a center snap exchange and looked terrible at every oppurtunity he got in spring games (and apparently practice as well)
He could've improved since then and I hope he has, but there was no evidence while he was here that he was any better than Jennings. I wish him the best.

Well, if he is a successful pro-style QB, there is absolutely reason to question and be pissed at the staff for forcing us to watch Jennings attempt at quarterbacking.
