Is that the same one that cleared him last year when he came back in a re-injured his arm?

Maybe. I've been hesitant to take sides because of this. I want Gronk back healthy, not Gronk back with a messed up forearm.

yep, and I don't see how anyone can blame him for this.

He would have healed faster if he had no surgeries as opposed to the 4 he's had. That doesn't exactly instill confidence in the Patriots team physicians from his standpoint.

Wouldn't we all trust James Andrews' opinion over the Pats team physicians who performed surgeries that basically made your ETA to return increase?

If the guy who performed the surgery on you cleared you, you're cleared.
You mean the same guys who performed the FOUR surgeries that made the situation even worse? Those guys?

Didn't Andrews also say RG3 shouldn't have been playing in that playoff game? That was a pretty easy observation to make, and sure enough, boom went Griffens ACL.

Is Gronk getting paid this whole time? If so, I would continue to sit too...

When Dr. Andrews has not cleared you and is probably the most respected in the field of sports medicine and injuries, I am fine with Gronk not wanting to play yet. As stated above, wasn't it the Patriots doctors who cleared him only to reinjure the forearm in the first place. With that said, I think Gronk plays this week.
