enjoy the early increasing stats by year because those will surely soon plateau. The guys jump shot is broken and if he doesn't completley start fresh with a new stroke he will never have a consistent jumper.

His shot is light years away from what it was the last two years.

You wanna know how I can tell you don't watch games?

Not every No. 2 overall player draft is an all star in their first 3 years

You don't have to agree with me, but drafting a player number 2 overall in a stacked draft that cannot shoot is a recipe for a bust.

It is too early to say a guy can't shoot. It has already started to improve and looks much better this season.

Mike Conley was drafted 4th overall and it took until almost year 5 or 6 of his career to really get any returns from. There a lot of guys like him.

Hasheem Thabeet is a #2 pick who is a bust. Sent to the DLeague in his first season, never saw the floor in Memphis or OKC, and is now out of the league.

Charlotte essentially plays 4 on 5 with Mkg on the court.

Tony Allen is a worse jump shooter than him and he has played a major role on a super successful Grizzlies team.

His jumper looks the exact same this season as it has, not sure what improvement you're seeing in his stroke. Cmon RTR, I know you aren't comparing the two. Tony Allen struggles to shoot but is the best perimeter defender in the game excusing him from his jumper. Mkg can't shoot and plays decent d but he is not on the same level as tony allen. Isn't charlottes biggest weakness right now perimeter shooting? Imagine what could've been had they taken Beal instead of Mkg.

They've completely rebuilt his shooting form.

And it took Tony Allen almost 6 years to find his niche in the league when Doc sent him out as his Kobe stopper. Then he could barely find the floor court the first half of his first season in Memphis. It took Xavier Henry getting hurt for the Grizzlies to figure out what they had.

They have a lot of issues. The fact is they have been better with him on the floor than without him.

Who knows? Their best season was last year and the major reason for that was their defense.

Beal has the luxury of playing next to the best open shot creator in the NBA in John Wall. Who knows how he would fit next to such a ball dominant PG like Kemba?
