They're broke; they don't have any money. And the taxpayers aren't in a giving mood (at least Bobby Jindal isn't) for universities. And Grambling probably isn't transferring all that they legally can to athletics (which is what ULL and La Tech do to pay their athletics bills).

Why aren't Grambling alum pissed at how administrator after administrator has embezzled funds? I wouldn't be surprised if the current AD is embezzling.
I swear Grambling fails 50% of their audits and nothing is ever done about it.

If the state couldn't do anything about SUNO's 5% grad rate and Pell grant scheme. Or Southern selling graduate degrees to every politician in Opelousas. What makes you think a simple failed audit is going to change things at Grambling?
