I'm officially done trying to fix this by myself. I just cannot stop cutting across the ball.
All divots look like this \ and I can't fix it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Move ball further back in your stance
You may be standing too close to ball also

Feels like I'm definitely opening hips prior to contact causing me to come across. May be too close.

I'm having trouble hitting a pop up slice. Any tips?

Cutting across the ball is an issue, but you have to figure out why your club face is open when you make contact with the ball and fix that.

Couldn't be coming from he inside to much. Check that because it may be as simple as getting more over the top of the ball and cover it more

Am I not turning my wrists quick enough leaving the club face open?

Go to the range.
Place tees into the ground on each side of the ball.
Hit the ball without hitting the tees.
Boom.

Strengthen grip and concentrate on taking club on an inside path.

if you are hitting a slice
A. your hips are moving faster than your arms
B. your face is being left open at impact
try two of these three things:
1. shorten your backswing (could be causing your face to be open coming into the ball)
2. make sure you rotate your forearms through impact (not flicking your wrist)
3. move the ball up on your stance, and shift weight to your left foot during backswing (you could have your weight on the right side, again leaving the face open at impact)

Play left handed/or right handed.
Posted on 6/15/14 at 5:17 pm to VernonPLSUfan
Put left foot a little forward if right handed, and move right hand a little more underneath the club.

Need to come from the inside. Probably looping at the top. Try over correcting your takeaway by taking way outside which will cause u to loop it inside at the top and come from inside instead of out.

You'd laugh if I told you what fixed my horrific slice.
Net, ole man, and BP will tell the horror stories.

Check your grip, strong or weak?
Stance, are you going with an open or closed stance?
Ball position: Too far up or back? Standing too close to the ball?
Swing speed: are you trying to knock the cover off the ball?
