The NBA is going to put advertisements on the jerseys... but they are only selling 1 small patch on the shoulder. It will look like this, except replace the NBA Finals logo with a sponsor logo:

What? Lol, all I've watched since 2012 is the Finals?
Also, the small Kia logo isn't bad at all. The huge Visa one is horrible.

2. They've used it in All Star games I believe and most don't even notice, and no one has cared.
3. No one actually cares. No one will watch less. A few may buy less jerseys, which the NBA won't care about because the losses won't even come close to the revenue gained with the ads on the jersey.

I'm all for this.
However the sad thing is you would hope that jersey advertising would cut down on commercial breaks in theory. But they won't because of greed of the Networks and Cable Providers.

Agreed on both counts.
I don't like having ads on the jerseys, but it's happening and I understand the reasoning behind it. I've accepted it.
Just hope it never gets to be like that Visa logo
