The closest player to him was Barnes who was dead sprint to catch Ariza. He tucks the ball and passes it.
Now hit play, retard. Notice that as soon as he passes it he shoots out to get the pass back. I wanted him to get a shot off but he didn't have much to work with. The Warriors defended him well.

holy smokes bro obviously he wasn't in rhythm if he felt he could get a good shot off he would've taken it. if he takes a shot and miss it's the same narrative...harden chokes...harden blows it. really easy to second guess after the fact. If he passes to Dwight and one of the warriors takes a step towards dwight he gets it back and drains it. ...It was good defense.

bro, that wasn't the point everyone else was arguing the last few pages. But yeah, he was locked up when he got the ball back by then

What they show is the moment he saw the double team and just hit reverse and klay has stopped and is coming at h too with Barnes coming over the top and curry watching for drive. The space you see is a fleeting moment that is exaggerated in a frozen frame.
He had no good options, only least bad options. He chose wrong. But a step back shot wasn't there.

Holy frick what? That isn't real time.. I don't expect youra non-stop gamer like you to understand what it's like real time, and I don't get your point. You think he was scared to shoot it or something?

now idea what you are babbling about now. Wasn't arguing any of that. And I don't think he choked. He just didn't make the right decision. Simple as that.

try pushing the ball at 3/4 speed for 60' and then stepping back on a dime and let me know if you're in good shape for a shot every time. he was obv off balance for a shot or he would've taken it..

And now we so mad. We getting personal. lol
Posted on 5/21/15 at 11:40 pm to Klark Kent
you acting like from a freeze frame position he has total control of his body and can move in any direction under control from that frozen position. If the ball felt good in his hand it would've gone up.

split second decisions on the dime...it's what they do for a living. And Harden is one of the best in the world at it. terrible rebuttal.

Before this game, I didn't believe we could win the series if we lost tonight. But after battling that close, I think we've still got a shot. One game at a time.
No. That was the game Houston needed and blew. They're not coming back from 2-0. It would make for an awesome series and I'd like to see it but the weight of history is against the rockets.

he wasn't gonna get a call in golden state with a second on the clock. he couldn't even get a call at home in the same scenario v MEM and SAS this year.
Still shooting a 63% clip at the rim. Another 15-20% likely results in a foul shot. With time running down statistically that's his best bet, especially with no Bogut in the game protecting the rim at near sub 40%
Like port said thiugh, they defended it well. That's the best defensive team in the league right there. Offense usually wins that battle but those guys on GS weren't having it. Not tonight, no sir

People are too quick with the choke label nowadays. He carried that team on his back all game and the Warriors defended him well at the end and made a play. NOT a choke. It's easy for us to second guess from our frickin couches.
Posted on 5/21/15 at 11:47 pm to GynoSandberg
I gave props to the defense several times too. They played that as well as they could...Tip your hat to the defense, it doesn't always have to be somebody choked, or somebody blew it.

Couldn't agree more.
Not to mention...the Rockets wouldn't have ever been in position to win that game without Harden dominating all night.
lulz. Goodnight Boom.
