FSU should have hidden Jordan Travis’ injury.

When asked about his injury, “It’s looks like a 4-6 week healing process. Unfortunately Jordan will be out for our remaining 3 games but should be ready to go for the playoff/bowl season.”

They should have said it was a dislocated ankle. Even with it pointing the other way they could have sold that. That’s a 6-8 week recovery. Say he’ll be back in 6 weeks in time for the game.

It does make me wonder if others in competition to make playoffs were motivated to minimize their reporting of any injuries the past couple of games that could be better hidden than a dangling foot.
