Didn't he have an incident before the draft last year?

A woman driving a vehicle about 2 a.m. in the 2600 block of Howell Street and “accelerated in reverse at a high rate of speed,” hitting seven pedestrians on the sidewalk and crashing into a bar, according to a statement from the Dallas Police Department. A bartender was injured when bottles of alcohol and a large cooler fell. Read more here: LINK

It definitely depends on the city but you'd be surprised how easy it is to get a public drink without being a dick......especially in college towns

What's up with cops arresting all these athletes with horrible designated drivers for public intoxication?

So not only do you need a designated driver, you can't be in your car on your way home either. Why not just shut the bars down if they're going to arrest everyone "in public."

Reminds me of the cops who knocked on a women's door...asked her to step outside so they could talk to her and then arrested her for public intoxication.

Went all the way to the State Supreme Court...justices unanimously voted that the cops were idiots misapplying our laws to suit their needs.

If the car is an extension of the home, then aren't you technically drunk in your home?
