I would think someone writing a $40mil check wouldn't do it by hand, that the company would have it made on some kind of software.

Anyone would let someone hit them in the face for $40 million. The question is whether over 2 million people would pay $65 and another 16,000 would fly to Vegas, spend a lot of money for food/hotels/gambling, and pay $3-4000 per ticket to watch you get your arse beat. I'm guessing the answer is a resounding no.
