frick. He was diagnosed only like 2 months ago right? Hodgkins Lymphoma usually doesn't kill that fast I thought...

Nope not when it is suppose to be treatable like his was. The TImberwolves owner said that it was serious on friday, but damn that was fast. They never said what the complication was that he suffered in September so we don't know what he died of.

RIP Flip. Prayers sent to whomever needs them.

The wolves told people in September that he had complications from chemotherapy. There were reports that he had pneumonia in October. For about two weeks some in the media were dropping hints that he was not doing very well. On Saturday there were reports that he was doing really bad. If you read between the lines it was starting to look like he was not going to make it about two weeks ago. They have been pretty secretive. I don't blame the family for this, but there was no official word that he was dying or not going to make it.

Real sad. He was only 60. A lot of excitement for the Wolves this season.

Very sad story. Guy found out in August about this cancer. Just awful to hear. My heart goes out to his family. Cherish your loved ones.
