In both CFB and the NFL. It's frustrating watching these games with flag after flag being thrown. Many are for some bullshite ticky tack fouls. This is just bad. Anyone else agree?

That roughing the passer call in the Texas game was bad. Guy is pulling up, runs into the QB, QB has to take a step back and they called it. Total shite.

I think every single football fan agrees with you. Whenever there is an incomplete pass, the receiver ALWAYS looks for the flag, and the majority of the time the ref gives it to them. It's getting ridiculous.

Yeah, that's the second ridiculous call against UT in that game. I don't even root for these teams but these flags are pissing me off.

Completely agree. I'm watching less NFL now than ever because of it. I know I've turned off multiple NFL games because the flags.

I think you're going to see the NFL start to go more towards a "did it actually effect the play" standard of calling penalties.

In the Penn State game, SDSU player got unnecessary roughness for basically touching Hack after he fell on a bad snap

A few plays later, Penn State got a chop block foul for merely touching someone who was engaged in a block

Same. Bunch of grown men complaining like a bunch of 3rd grade sissies in a cat fight.

I agree that there are too many flags. But more often than not, the refs get it right. Just a lot of rules that I don't agree with.

But the refs' job is to enforce the rules, not write them.

There have been a ton of awful calls today. UT just had an INT called back for a horrendous roughing the passer call.

UT just had another TD called back for a terrible holding call. 9 flags against UT, barely middle of the 2nd quarter

They're really are. Texas should be up by 14 points right now.

about half the calls on us today were complete horse shite, the worst being the late hit call when the qb was fricking way inbounds.

That's silly. They throw a lot of flags because they get graded every game on missed calls.

This is the problem. We think they're making mistakes, but they're constantly being reinforced that these are the correct calls.

crazy amount in flags in the UT/OSU game. This is almost comical.
