Fan duel commercials freezes at end of promo every single time on dtv

Has anyone else noticed this on fan duel commercials?on any channel it freezes at end of commercial where it shows website and promo code to play for free...how much you have to pay for a freeze commercial?

I f-ing hate the FD radio ads. The dude doing the VO sounds like the jackass waiter w/all the flair from Office Space.
