Because that dude might not have been in a position for that miracle had the Pats not given their all in Week 17. Just an opinion, but the familiarity IMO meant something. 14 points!

Personally I cant understand why anyone would support a team over their hometown/city they claimed as their home's team. I dont care one way or another where your loyalty lies but as a whole, ive never understood how people can do this.

NE record doesn't change that. The week 17 games was decided by FG, so was the SB.
