I want one of our resident ND-apologists to rationalise him getting back into the school when there isn't a chance in hell he'd be let back in if he was a regular student. FFS, they normally don't let people back in who have to take a semester off for illness.

I graduated from the university. I'm going to say I'm more familiar than you. I know non-athletes who were kicked out for a semester and came back. That good enough for you? I'm still thinking no.

Future Sister-in-law graduated from the university (along with about 12 other of her relatives). Three of her friends (all of whom had GPAs over 3.5) weren't allowed back after taking a semester off for illness.
I'm also friends with two professors in ND's History Dept. They don't remember ever seeing a student come back from being expelled for academic fraud (except Golson).
So...want to try again?
