Cord cutting is a strong market presence right now, but ESPN is accelerating it. ESPN is supposed to be an anchor that keeps people sitting on the fence from NOT cord cutting.

Instead they are making it easy for fence sitters to say, "To hell with ESPN" and thus to hell with their entire cable package.

Spot on.

The number one reason I would have never cut the cord was football. Now the only reason I don't cut it is because I got the best package cheap and they keep extending it.

Cost per subscriber vs viewers is kind of interesting.

The actual cost per subscriber for espn is now $9 per cable customer. Disney is as you see and USA is $0.71.

What would be telling is if the cable networks actually ever espn and charge for it separately, as was once threatened.

I'm sorry to break it to you, but black people will be around for a while. Most of the sports people give a damn about have black people in them. Sorry.

ESPN lost me with the Tim Tebow shitshow. Then I realized I only watched ESPN and Chopped... so I cut the cord.

All cord cutting, total coincidence that it coincides with the NFL nonsense.

NBCSN has done a marvelous job making soccer look beautiful in 4K. You could have zero interest in soccer and still be compelled to watch for a few minutes because the pitch and stadiums are presented in a spectacular manner.
