Those Mariott POS's got what they deserved. How unbelievably stupid and arrogant do you have to be to pull that shite during the trial when the jury is not sequestered. Awesome result.

Yeah, that's serial killer stuff...the fact that he planned, altered hotel room doors, stalked and waited for his victim is scary.
The verdict was punishment toward the Hotel and not reward...and rightfully so. The Hotel failed the public miserably...and then didn't take it seriously.

Absolutely ridiculous in every way.
The jury found the guy who committed the crime was only 51% responsible?? What sort of madness is that?
The amount has nothing to do with justice and everything to do with a sympathetic victim and a jury who views a company as "big and evil" regardless of whether or not they did anything wrong.
If Erin Andrews weren't a B list celebrity nobody would have ever given a shite about this whole thing either.
The crime committed against her was pretty damn minor in the grand scheme of things. People have a lot worse happen tot hem every day and don't get such judgements.
Her entire reaction to the whole incident it tells me just how fricking full of herself she is.
Being upset is fine, acting like you're as sacred the Virgin Mary and you are the greatest victim the world has every known? Just an egotistical bitch.

The jurisdiction is TN, the hotel isn't responsible for his judgement. After fees and taxes, she will likely end up with $6 million.
