Great read. Gordon seems like a great guy, and an excellent teammate.

On a related note we now got 3 guys on record saying James played a big big role in getting them to CC. As mentioned before James the GM ended up big time hurting James the player MVP chances by getting these guys to join up with him.

I read that too. Biggest thing I took from it was Ariza mentioning how good the training staff is and how they will make him feel 10 years younger.

He wanted role player kinda guys. He wanted his own squad. Just like Russ, apparently.
If you read the reports james wasn't calling KD To recruit him al the time but we know he was recruiting the heck outta Ryno and Eric all summer.

Yeah he was awesome as he quit on the team paying him max-ish money and only showed up the last year to prove he could still play.
I mean I get why he did what he did but the guy is not some ideal to hold up as a great human. Glad to see he has found a place but I will always hate what his presence did to the Hornets / Pels franchise.
