It's baseball in the 21st century. What did you expect?

If you sell out one game a season, I would expect it to be opening day, pretty sad

Is this a precursor to a 'baseball is dead' rant?

I don't know why. I can understand people saying baseball on tv is boring, but being at the ballpark is one of the best things in the world. you don't even have to like baseball. just hanging out in the sun with some brews and ballpark hotdogs is fun for anyone.

Opening Day in Cincinnati is freaking huge. It's the other 80 home games that need help.

I had an ex GF that hated baseball, refused to be in the same room with me when I watched it. I finally managed to get her to go to a game at Petco(Cards vs Padres), she had more fun than I did I think.

Still not sure why Sat or Sun is not the official opening day, you would get better crowds.
