I don't think he's going to the Wizards after reading that GQ interview (or whichever one it was where he said he didn't like playing in DC). Unless the Wizards hire someone Durant loves, he's not going there. Only place I could maybe see him going was Houston and even that's a stretch.

You and I share identical thoughts.

I've said several times Houston is the only team I could see him leaving OKC for.

This would be insane, and it would cement the Harden trade as one of the worst of all-time.

This might all be much ado about nothing if he can't ever get fully healthy again

Scary thought, but is very possible he's never the same again

Yup. I'm worried about the foot for sure. But somehow when I hear "Durant to Houston," all of my worries go away.

Also, if he loved home so much, why did he not play at Georgetown, Maryland, or any of the other Northeast area basketball powerhouses? And instead went over halfway across the country to play at Texas?

I'll hang up and listen.
I'm not one that thinks he's going to go to the Wizards--or even leave OKC for that matter. That being said, not going to college in the DC area is bordering on irrelevant. The decisions--and the priorities that the decision are based upon-- of an individual at 18 are often completely different 10 years later. Many people leave for college, only to return to home later (and vice versa). So I don't think choosing to go to UT in 2006 should be any indication of his decision-making in 2016.

Dude better change SOMETHING. He isn't getting younger, and there are tons of really good teams with young talent. What I'm saying is, he needs a damn ring and they aren't walking through that door right now.

Btw, is he gonna start feeling some pressure? Or are rings not important when talking about KD?

For the record, I don't think he leaves. I'm just picking my "if he does for some reason leave, where would he land?" team.

Can't see him in DC, NY, LA, nor Miami.

We've got zero chance against Golden State. So, so bad defensively.

Oh, so he didn't leave DC and all the basketball powerhouses of the Northeast to go play for Texas? Weird...

For whatever reason, he gets a pass with just about everything.

Some of it is because of the expectations Lebron came out of high school with; AKA "The Chosen One". Also, OKC has just been hammered with injuries the past 3 years.

Doubt he's salivating at the prospect of playing with Ole Man Wade and the Bosh-osaur.
