Fine. Current pick has until 9:30 to make his pick. If he doesn't, he will be given the BPA according to draft express. However, if 9:30 passes and a pick hasn't been made, it will be available for someone to take his place

I think that will be the best thing to do. Well do what we did last year. Start the draft at noon. Have untimed picks until 6:30. Once we get to 6:30, there will be 30 minute limits

But I also don't like punishing these past two picks when they were following the original rules. Unless everyone disagrees, I think it would be better just to wipe the slate clean and start over because tonight just didn't work out

True. This is what we are going to do. We are keeping the first five picks and we will start with the pelicans. Tomorrow we will start at noon and have untimed picks until 6:30. At 6:30, we will have 30 minute time limits on the picks going forward. Are we ok with this?
