Okie St promotes assistant Mike Boynton Jr to head coach.

They interviewed the two assistants and Doug Gottlieb. God damn.

Based on who they interviewed and what Underwood was paid, it looks like they're cheap.

Alot of the talk on the radio around OSU is that Holder just isn't a big basketball supporter. Underwoods agent set a request for a new contract for Underwood at the end of the regular season and Holder didn't reply at all until he was already leAving for Illinois.

He is still paying for his ridiculous contract he gave to Travis Ford after one season.

(It is interesting that Ford's first season was actually better than Underwood)

There were not cries about him not being committed back then.

He made a bad contract and financially can't afford to overpay right now. The Boyton hire does nothing to stir up excitement, but oSu was never gonna get the names the fans wanted.
