A little bit of a different take regarding the post game celebrations of teams in the postseason. I don't agree with it at all but was interesting read from a different point of view

a bunch of frat white dudes and culture shocked dominicans making millions of dollars for a game you can play pretty easily even if you got hammered the night before.

wouldn't doubt it.

It is part of MLB culture to go out and have drinks during season after games. They are playing everyday, you need a temporary escape you don't get in other major sports.

Social drinking like that can turn into more of an alcohol problem no question.

Article making way too much about Madison pouring beers all over his face. Seriously. That's all that was.

I agree that they did blow the MadBum thing out of proportion I think that was just a thing that the team thought was funny so he kept doing it.

Also the part that bugged me was players getting in their cars and driving home if they did drink too much in the party. Maybe I'm just super naive but no way in hell would front office personnel allow that surely they would have family their or a car service to bring the guys home if need be.

I agree I thought it was pretty stupid too. In total they might actually consume what 3-4 beers? I thought it was very overreactionary with the CC thing coming out yesterday
