Does anyone know much about these teams?

1. UNC-Wilmington (Virginia just bores me to death - I wonder if a get up and go, athletic team can overtake them)
2. East Tennessee State
3. Middle Tennessee State (how much do they have returning from last year's team)?
4. Cincinnati
5. Arizona

Cinderella thread has UNC-W and MTSU as favorites to make a run

East Tennessee state is coached by a former Bruce Pearl assistant at Tennessee, very good team.

UNC-Wilmington
Given their experience, three guard lineup that can score in bunches, this is a popular "Cinderella" pick.
I tend to agree, but it is very difficult to speed-up Virginia and I am wary that Wilmington's pressure defense will be able to.

Returned their top-two scorers and added JaCorey Williams, an Arkansas transfer and former Top-150 recruit.

I know a lot about Cincinnati. None of my information will help you decide if you should pick them or not.
