Does anyone else have a hard time getting excited for the NFL after CFB?

Anyone else struggle with getting pumped for the NFL after watching college games all day on Saturday?

Why is this?!

Not me. CFB, like the NFL, is very mediocre right now. JMHO.

Because I'm more emotionally invested in college football. College football Saturday's are my favorite...I'm watching from College Gameday til 2 AM.

The NFL on the other hand is emotionless. I'm not emotionally invested. If it wasn't for fantasy football, I probably would have a hard time watching. And I hate Goodell

That's how I am Gunslinger. I just can't figure out why I can't get excited. Maybe because it's so much of a business.

I think a big part of it is that Saturday's are just better for football.

It's hard to enjoy Sunday football because you know you have to drag your arse to work on Monday morning.

I've always been more invested in the NFL. I enjoy college ball, but it's more of a casual watch for me.

If LSU sucks, I still get into CFB. If the Saints suck, I'm mildly interested in NFL.

To you it's that way. The fact that its ratings are leaps and bounds ahead of everything else in this country says that many care about it.

Different strokes for different folks.

I can agree about this

Flags and gratuitous commercials are ruining both sports.

I don't know how some people turn around and root like that for the Saints the next day, for example. I'm drained by Sunday. I don't mind not having an NFL team and just passively catching the games.

Excited? I never get "excited" for NFL football. I do enjoy relaxing on Sundays, though. Having the NFL on in the background is usually part of that.

Saturdays are fun and college football is rowdy.

Sundays are lazy. Go to church, eat a big meal and fall asleep on the couch while the NFL is on.

Yes, i watched these close and exciting games that weren't riddled with penalties

I'm playing metal gear solid. No NFL today

The flags aren't a problem in CFB and commercials without the flag fest are tolerable

CFB still could use some defense

Not at all. I prefer the NFL. This is mostly because LSU's offense has put me to sleep for the better part of a decade now
