Why did you guys not draft or sign a backup when Landry couldn't even beat out Vick last year

How in the world does Landry Jones have a job in the NFL?

As a steelers fan it's beyond frustrating we don't have a damn decent backup qb for an often injured Ben. It pisses me off just to think about it. It's like our coaching staff is just satisfied with jones because he knows the playbook.

Backups can't stay on the field either. Gradkowski is a one-man MASH unit. Garrard was always hurt.

Steelers need to get Matt Moore or Derek Anderson. Proven backup who can stay healthy.

Here comes a long dink and dunk Pats drive destroying the defense, and another TD.

I agree. A veteran who can at least move the ball and maybe not turn it over. Jones turns the ball over too much. They should have figured that out last year when he couldn't handle the big moment in the playoffs.

I just mean he made a play on the ball. He was a half a centimeter away from making like 6 picks that game last time

I love how they decided to play Shazier this week instead of letting him continue to rest going into a bye. It's like Tomlin seriously believes the Steelers have a shot today. .

That's such a joke of a penalty. This is football, not basketball.

So frustrating to the pussificatioj of this game.

15 yard penalty for tackling the player too rough.

I have no idea what a completion is.

Common sense says that's a catch, but who knows.

Plays like this is why the NFL blows.

Like, of course that's a catch. Is it according to the retarded NFL rules? Idk.

If that's not a catch then I don't know about football anymore.

Based on prior calls and the language in the rule book I could see this going either way.

Patriots might set the NFL record with completion percentage, 3rd down conversions and yards today.

I'm pretty sure they've made a point of it to not rule those balls incomplete much anymore. Maybe since the Dez thing idk.
