They beat 3 5 seeds and a 3 (which I picked to win the national title BTW) and crushed them all, I honestly think 1981 Indiana's run was easier when you consider the bracket breaks they got before Philadelphia

I went to the final four last year and we went to the practices. I told my cousin after watching UConn practice for 10 minutes that they were head and shoulders above the other three. It was night and day, even in practice. They looked prepared.

no team run is "easy" but some can be "easier" beating the hell out of gonzaga is by far the most impressive thing. the UCONN team was the best no doubt but i cant imagine any draw being EASIER....this doesnt mean this run was easy....just the EASIEST

well this is a good one...maybe a winner but still K and duke but i guess they would equal gonzaga

1988 Kansas had an easy path to the Final Four.
Seeds beaten, in order:
#11 Xavier
#14 Murray State
#7 Vanderbilt
#4 Kansas state
But then they had to beat #2 region seed Duke and #1 region seed Oklahoma for the title. So...
