Interesting comments from Hopkins

I honestly think he said this to distance himself from his baw, doesn't want to play favorites

We all know the future in H-town

In minicamp?

Watson was a better QB his senior year of HS than Savage is now. The only thing seieratimg them now would be a knowledge of the offense.

If Watson didn't throw so many careless picks he'd have gone #1. He's clearly the most talented QB in this class. The way he plays scared some teams off.

I've always had issues with his downfield accuracy

Seems like everybody is sticking to the script.

IIRC, they were fairly vocal about hoping they wouldn't have to go to the kid right off the bat.

Who drafted Watson? Was it Chicago? I'm rooting for him about as hard as possible.

Being better than Watson doesn't make you good.

I don't know man, I saw Trubisky make a few of those same throws and he went #2 overall.

Im going to seem like a homer but he didnt look to run until after the loss to pitt. He threw 70 passes against pitt with few rushes. If youre going to pass that much you are going to throw picks. Didn't run at all until that, he's just a smooth runner and knows when to tuck it to get the first. Great passer but combined with the ability to run hes damn scary

The Boyd, Ellington and Davis team was one of the GOAT's on NCAA.

Right up there w/ Knowshon and Stafford.

That is Kelly Bryant. Junior qb probably the likely starter this year

Maybe he wouldn't have thrown so many "careless" picks if he didn't have a noodle arm. There are some inabilities NFL qbs can't hide.
