i get sick of hearing him talk about being a WR in high school and his college "club" team won the UNC championship .. so the frick what .. he's the same dumbass that wanted to do a george plimpton piece years ago and tried out as a WR for the NY Jets as part of a story .. dumb frick let a ball from the passing machine go through his his hands and crack the orbital bones or whatever in his eye .. then, dumbass contemplates SUING the jets and the NFL !!! wisely, ESPN stepped in and said "uh, no you don't if you still wanna work here stu" ... this is what happened to his fricking eye ..

Criminal trouble? Probably not, depending on the specifics of cases involved.
Civil trouble? You bet your arse they will.
There's a well-documented history of sexual harassment and stalking by a number of on-air talents who are still employed there, let alone the quid-pro-quo that several employees there are using to screw their way to the top.
That's perfect grounds for a sexual harassment suit for a hostile work environment, which covers anyone working near any of the people involved even if they had nothing to do with the behavior in question.
Their bottom line is going to take a BIG hit when the lawyers start circling around like vultures.
