Carter and marwin should have been standing 10 feet from home plate the entire at bat and daring him to bunt it. That is on the coaches for not putting them up

I cannot believe we blew that shite last night.
Qualls may be the "bullpen leader" but there's no room on the 25 man for just a leader. You've got to be able to get some fricking outs.
I'm ready to get Singleton up here and put some heat on Carter.

There's already someone on TCB recap saying Qualls has been really unlucky this season because of all sorts of random shite, and that he's "not this bad."
I don't care if he's not this bad, there's multiple guys on this team that have been better than him this season, so continuing to throw Qualls out in the 8th is beyond stupid.
But this also goes back to our starting pitching issues, we've really taxed the pen the last few games so we were fricked from the start

I am fine with Qualls in a mop up type role or coming in 6th inning situations that aren't really high leverage. He should not be pitching in the 8th inning of a tie game
