I don't see how, with Reed, White, Duffy, etc. all lurking in the shadows. I guess he's cheap so he doesn't have far to drop, but a DH with poor plate discipline does this lineup no favors.
Who do you see replacing Lowrie? I agree, he's too fragile, but my impression is that Moran/Davis still have a little bit of time to develop. Correa seems more than capable of holding down SS right now as well.
