He would be better as a #2. Sucks that our highest average hitter was 2 of the outs that inning.... But 5 runs is beautiful

From being a first pitch hitter myself back in the day, I think the 2 hole would be solid for Altuve. Don't have anyone else right now to be a consistent lead off tho.

I get it. He's our best option to get a lead off runner on, but he needs to be taking some pitches and I don't need to explain to you why. Hopefully when Springer comes back he can work back into that role quickly.
