re: DAT 8/17 ~~~ good job good effort

Just too much youth this year, and the vets that were here sans Valbuena all under performed. But I'm having a hard time getting angry about it. Bregman is adjusting and should be a good to very good player next year. Gurriel should be a good player. Just gotta find a free agent or two and a trade or two to patch up the roster. Supplement the young stars with contributors that allow the team to succeed.

Was the Gattis pinch hit the move that cost the game? No, but tell me why he thought it was beneficial.

There's a difference between understanding what management is trying to do and believing they can do no wrong. Anyone with half a brain realizes not everything has worked out. But we live in an world where instant gratification is demanded so I understand the hate from a lot of people. I just prefer to not chug Haterade unless it's coming from 8th wonder
