I'm emotionally capable of accepting a shite bat from a catcher. It pains me to have no reliability from first base. This position is sposed to yield a decent a bat...

Anyone watching this sabermetrics segment? Pretty funny stuff.

And, is it just me or does Feldman have the biggest teeth to chin ratio of all man kind?

Over/under for Astros strikeouts tonight?
Set it at 14.5.

Gattis took all the pitches in the zone and swung at all the ones out of the zone, ugh

Gattis had no interest in swinging at that first pitch. Pitch was grooved down center of the plate.

Scouting report is out on that guy.

Just don't swing and he will run himself out of the game

Yeah was worried he wouldn't be able to get the out. Was a relief to see him pick up that first out.

Not true. He's throwing strikes. He just doesn't have a pitch to keep the hitter off balance.

He hasn't done anything yet, but I just hate seeing conger behind the plate.

Really sick of our pitchers throwing 20+ pitches in the first inning, sets a horrible tone for the rest of the game
