The Astros send LMJ to the mound in search of a series sweep and their 11th win in the last 13 games before heading out on a 9 game road trip, which includes 4 games at the house of horrors known as Globe Life Park.

Sonny Gray was originally scheduled for a rehab start today, but will be activated to pitch in Houston instead.

LMJ, has been great at home, hopefully the bats can continue their hot streak. Need as much momentum as possible going to Arlington

Hopefully Lance can be a little more efficient today. Sweep would be nice.

Bats have been nice here lately! Hopefully we get the sweep today. Anyone know if Gomez is still out of lineup? Hopefully so lol

Glad Gattis back behind the plate. Overall I like the lineup. Gomez back in, but it's him or Jake and I'm not sure who Id rather see.

Going for the sweep

I know Castro has been sick but before that and now afterwards Gattis has been getting primary catcher level reps. Outside of a couple odd bounces off blocked balls hes been great behind the plate to boot.

Enjoying the hell out of the way the bats have been connecting, maybe I'm greedy but I'm still pissed about not getting the extra run in the b-8th yesterday. That kind of stuff will kill you, especially with our closer situation. Wonder who gets the call the next time the situation arises?

I'd prefer Marisnick. At least when he strikes out, he doesn't look like a fricking moron losing his helmet and rolling around on the ground.

Has anything been said about Gregerson since last night after the Hinch presser?

This is worth about .033 points of BA.. I forget how much I hate Gomez when I haven't watched him in a while.

Looking for McCullers to get in a rhythm at home and pitch well. If that's the case, the way we've been getting timely hits lately, we should have no problem winning and getting the sweep.

Since returning from the minors May 17, Evan Gattis is hitting .290 with seven HRs. He’s homered in two straight games and three of four.

Shift. I mean I know the numbers must show that it helps us but it just looks so bad when we get beat on it.

I wish LMJ didn't always walk a batter in the first

We all needed a break from Ashby with the long road trip coming up.
