Marwin, you mean? Oh yes, no question. He could replace either Bregman or Gurriel with ease.

Also, he could play LF with Martinez in RF against stud lefties like Sale and Kershaw.

Let's just stay on the road. We are more focused there. No distractions.

Welp I watched every pitch of the first 3 innings, had a bit of a migraine so decided to go lay down for a few min. Just saw the score

Guess I'm goin on the DL for the rest of this game, hopefully my next post will be cueing the bull

Didn't watch for 5 1/2 innings, Stros bullpen gives up 1 hit and 0 walks, offense scores 8 runs. Sit down for dinner as the bottom of the 9th starts and the tv was on...so y'all can blame Gregersons outing on me

yes, if we don't bring in another bat I could see him as our every day left fielder instead of platooning jake and aoki. I know he isn't great on defense but if you just bring Jake in 7th the way we have it could help so much.

I enjoy DAT roster and trade discussions, even when they become a bit heated. Good stuff and fans up in here!

I'm sure they would have loved Jankowski to pitch the 9th inning but a 6 run lead wasn't big enough.

As rough as June has seemingly been, we're sitting at 14-9 with 4 games left in June. 3 against the A's. Worst we can do is 14-13

Completely disagree. You don't take your best AAA hitter and bring him up to platoon and lose ABs. Especially a rookie.

Aoki is what he is and he's is fitting the role fine.

This is incorrect. He has not been good. However, I understand the reasoning behind keeping him around.

He is not contributing much to our success, but we are winning without needing him to be anything. Until we need a better OFer he's got a spot on the roster.

There seemed to be an opportunity for the team to spiral, but they have played well considering. shite, you lose damn near your entire rotation at the same time to injury, the offense seems to go cold right at the time where they are needed most, and the outcome will be a .500-.667 month... this team is pretty freaking good.

I think it's pretty clear what Fisher is and will be. He's the full time guy when one of Reddick/Springer/Marisnick goes down.

Right move, IMO. Again, I don't agree with taking away ABs from him and continue to let him develop.
