I thought Roy Oswalt was pitching tonight?

Edit: this was a lame joke about run support

We had to lose eventually but it just sucked how we did it and with the the great performance Keuchel had. Tomorrow i'm going to take advantage of the $19.86 tickets. Hope we can find some offense tomorrow.

That's gonna happen more than once with this young team.

As much as I hate seeing that streak end, it was a valuable lesson to learn. You gotta show up each night ready to go.

How do we keep rolling chad qualls out here? Wasn't he a key figure in the worst bullpen of all time last year?

We will win this series.

Why? Because we're a good baseball team.

I'll admit I'm partially melting and I shouldn't be. But this game was reminiscent of the early 2 weeks of the season and looked exactly like last year. Its a game we could have and should have won but we fricked around and let a crap team come back on us. If we expect to compete, these are games you can't lose. Ross freaking Detwiler vs Keuchel

The streak had to end, but it shouldn't have been this game.

Exactly. You can't win them all. But I've got my fears of this team playing over their heads during this streak and reverting to shite like tonight far too often.

+1. I'm just saying I've been careful to not get my hopes up about this team. The win streak has been fun. I'm just cautious about them falling back into old habits and going into a funk for a week or two.

It was one game. We'll be ok.

Everybody knows they need to bring their Sticks for the rest of this series.

Actually I'm kinda interested to see how this team responds tomorrow

Not a bad time to drop one. First of three games against a bad rangers team, if we take two that's still a win. But as far as pitching opponent it was not good

I was about to post this. He has to be forcing his hand to atleast a AAA call up if they do not want to promote him to the bigs yet.

I hope he gets called up in June and hope lowrie can return in july. I'm worried lowrie might be a season ender. Not being able to swing a bat for 8 or 10 weeks is bad. Then you have to start swinging again and get ready to play.

Correa could make a difference this year.
