Was Dallas kicking it with Harvey and Price in the offseason?

Of course we throw out our shitty left handed pitcher lineup.

Are we ever gonna beat the Rangers again in our lifetimes? Cuz it definitely doesn't seem like it.

Time's running out fast. He's about to get Gomezed. And I hate DH Gattis.

Ready for this season's youth movement. Reed needs to get back on the field. Bregman needs to get to Triple A.

I'm ready for a rotation of Keuchel, McCullers, Feliz, Musgrove and Paulino

And I want to spend Cranes money. 2017 lineup

CF Dexter Fowler
2B Altuve
1B Carlos Santana
SS Correa
RF Springer
DH Reed
LF Bregman
3B Moran
C Castro

If I were spending the money, I'd sign Josh Reddick instead of Fowler. It also might be time for Correa to think about moving to 3rd. There was a post on Astros County about how he's not a particularly good SS according to a lot of metrics.

If that happened hopefully Bregman could stick at SS

Won't even need to do FA signings if they trade guys like McHugh, Fister (soonish) and Fiers. They can get the help in the OF and maybe 1B/DH with trades of assets. We may have too many non-ace type starters but they are legit starters who can fetch position players in return.

Quietly it looks like Derek fisher is starting to come around with the hooks. Would like to have a couple of options available internally in the outfield as well.

It is an superb piece about how he is actually a bad defender. Correa needs to move to 3B. Let Bregman play SS.

We need to give Moran/White/Reed a chance to handle 1B/DH for the next year.

Who needs starting pitching that has OF talent/ near ML ready prospects that we could trade with? Boston immediately comes to mind but I'm not sure.

Well, it doesn't have to just be needy contenders. Fiers and McHugh are under cheap control for several years so more frugal teams with top OF prospects may be willing to deal veterans to get starting pitching on the cheap.
