Well, last night sure was fun. Great pitching, a couple dingers, and incredible defense.

Back out there again tonight to try to continue the multi-year pummeling of the Mariners. McCullers tries to start his year off on a positive note and push toward a full season of productivity. Iwakuma on the mound for the M's (1-2, 3.52 ERA against us last season).

Kid was great last night. I'll withhold any "he's back" proclamations until we see Road Dallas.

They usually beat up on Iwakuma. Should at minimum split the series tonight.

It's a four game series I think. Would be awesome to start 3-1

If we can win 4 or 5 out of our first 7 with Seattle, it could boost us into having a similar April like we had in 2015. Easiest month of our schedule IMO

Always a fun to open the season with a gem like that. DK looked great and matched the best pitcher in the game's stat line (Kershaw) with 7 IP and only 2 hits.

Was interested to see AJ go with Gregerson and not Harris for the 8th inning. I'm bias on this since I have Harris and Giles for the one two punch in fantasy.

if we win tonight...that's two in a row. you all know the rest.

Lets hope LMJ can stay healthy. Hope he doesn't go the way of the Mets pitchers

Greg has been pitching well most recently in the WBC, so that may have had something to do with it. Harris also got nicked up in spring training.

Glad to see that only half of the six games on that first west coast trip are night games.

Baton Rouge area Astros fans...

Is there any way to watch the 'Stros with MLB's goofy blackout rules, instead of Fox-fed Rangers crap, etc?

I'm hoping Lance can get some bite on that new sideways slider tonight. I miss the vertical slider of death.

Root Sports is available with DirecTV. That's what I use, but I also live in the sticks and my options are pretty limited.

If you're trying to use MLB.tv, use a VPN. If using cable, get DirecTV or AT&T
